The CCTL wasn't really a problem until the F4i, then everyone jumped on the CCTL bandwagon.
Plus, I'm sure not "almost all" rectifiers burned out. If so, I have one of the valuable rare unburned ones!

Maybe if you could describe the noise better and walk around your bike and try to give a general location of the noise, we might be able to diagnose it better.

The problem is that its only doing it while I ride and go above 5000rpm. Its hard to explain the noise : its like wwwwrrrrr, no knocking

My bike does the same, but only since I got new tires/chain and sprockets both front and rear.

Did you have anything like that replaced?

Mine does it all the time though, but only under acceleration, and it gets louder as the RPM increases.

Mine might do that too. Kind of a slightly metallic whirrrrrrrr. I think it's either my chain or my wheel bearings.

I got new tires and I actually will put a new chain in few days. I heard that if the chain is loose and it doesn't layered with sprockets correctly it can make a lot of vabrations. But that would be the opposit thing to what you saying. With the RPM it does the same thing its quiet until it gets to around 5000 RPMs.
