Have a feeling I overtightened my jets....
I cleaned the carb so its one less thing I have to do before its all done and I while I have some down time waiting for my front tire and my darn rear sprocket.
Which jet do I need to back off like 2 screws? I mean I didn't crank it down but i turned it until it is tight. Think it should be fine or do I back them off a little?

Yes they are outside of the bowl, they require the special "D" shaped tool (easily made at home with steel brake line)
If you tightened them down you have probably damaged the tips and will need to replace them... Take them back out and make sure there are no marks near the end of the needle.
The way these jets work is that the tip of the needle goes through a very small hole, and when they are lightly seated the hole is sealed up. You back it out a couple turns to allow a very controlled amount of fuel to flow through the hole around the tip of the needle.
When you tighten these jets the needle gets mashed into the hole, and as it is made of brass which is very soft it will damage the needle and it will no longer flow fuel properly.
