Fuel problem

Hello everyone
I picked up a partially disassembled bike about a week ago. Just put it back together and tried to start it. It ran strong on cylinders 3 and 4. Cylinder 2 seemed intermittent and cylinder 1 didn't fire at all. After about a minute of running I saw a steady stream of fuel coming out of the right carb vent hose. I took the carbs off to see what was going on and the insides seemed clean. Didn't seem to have an adjustable float which would be causing an issue? Also noticed the 1 and 2 intake behind the carbs were filled with gas. Any ideas on where to start?
Thanks

Your float needles are stuck or leaking. Pull the floats and needles out. Clean them until they are spotless. Clean the bores that needles go in. Check the needle seats and tips. You may have to replace the needles as the rubber tips deteriorate.

Also suck the gas out of the intakes somehow. Last thing you want to do is crank an engine over with the cylinder full of liquid.
