Front fork change

Hi guys,

Looking for abit of advice. I'm abit of a noob when It comes to mechanical expertise, but that's why I'm here. To learn of the best!!

I'm looking at ordering some forks for my bike.

Can you tell me if either of these will fit and roughly how much you should look at paying for them, I'm posting eBay numbers as I'm on my iPad and can't copy an actual link.
My bike is a 92 f2 btw!

Thanks in advance!!!!

I think both of those forks would fit on your bike. One of them was from a '92 F2 so is basically a straight swap for the ones you have on there. The other set was from '95 so would seem to be F3 forks. They are both 41mm so would fit your bike.

The F3 forks are much better than the old F2 forks but there are issues with making brakes and speedo compatible due to changes in disc size between F2 and F3 models.

There's some good info about F2/F3 fork compatability in this thread.

Why are you changing forks? Upgrading or replacing damaged ones?

I have a set of f2 forks 91, that have been re built with race tech springs, gold valve emulators, dialed in she ran like she was on rails. the only reason I am letting her go is I got a new bike. My f2 served me well and for long time. let me know if you are interested, I have some other parts you may be interested in. I also have a motor with a recent valve adjustment, jetted carbs and synchronized.
