Optimus Prime is dead-correct - '93 and '94 models need 135mm from the top of the stanchion, to the oil, without the springs and spacers, and the tube fully compressed into the slider.
Put roughly 15oz in the fork, and pump the fork tube 5 to 7 times, then slowly add until you reach that level.

If you're not a big guy, and typical riding/cruising is all you do, then 5W, like what the F2 is originally set up with, should be fine - If you are a big guy, and/or will be running the bike at the track, you might want to consider going up to 7.5W or 10W. Truthfully, a lot of this decision is just based on personal preference, and riding experience/skill level... there are definitely guys out there, who wouldn't be able to tell the difference between 5W and 10W anyway, just because they don't ride that hard, and/or don't have that much experience.
There are plenty of good products out there, but personally, I use either Lucas Oil high performance synthetic fork oil, or Moterex racing fork oil, both in 10W.
