Default Finaly Finished My F2!! But Electical PROBLEMS Help??

hi guy I only posted here once or twice while i was putting my Bike together.
Now it mostly done.... as done as its ever gona be.

heres some pics tell me what you think..

One problem tho, some times when i go ride, the bike randomly starts cutting out, the gauges and lights start blinking and the RPM gauge jumps around. The bike itself does not die it just wont go past 1000 RPM no matter how much throttle i give it.

But if I turn it off via kill switch and start it back up it runs fine.

I thought the wiring was shorting out some place, I went through all of the wiring and it seamed fine.

mane part is it does it at random, I can start it in the morning and it will start doing it off the bat, then ill kill it, start it back up and its good for a good while but then it does it again when im out riding. If anyone has any idea what it might be HAALP!!

Thanks

Did you check the battery terminals? This is exactly what happens when you have a bad ground. As you rev up the bike, it increases vibration which disturbs any loose connection, practically making your bike flicker off and on.

ya that was the first thing I did but the battery terminals are nice and tight>

^^
umm ya the battery terminals were tight( ON THE BATTERY) but the ground wire going FROM the battery to the motor was LOOS as hell i just went and checked and i could move it around allot. I tightened it with my fingers and then with a wrench thats how loos it was. I dont know how i missed that :-/

I hope this fixes it. I guess il find out on Sunday when i go for a long ride.

Thanks Dissevered .
