Default F2 issue

check it out. I just took a 91 F2 off my friends hands that has been sitting in his backyard for about 5 yrs.
Now I got it to start, My problem is the bike seems stiff. here is an example when I get on it to push it forward or back it is really hard not smooth, seems like the brakes are stuck but i checked them and they are ok. can it be the chain from sitting so long. it is kind of rusted, is this a possibility.? any Ideas?

5 years sitting outside?garage?.. in either case it will feel stiff. things will need replacing...some might just do fine with some lube.

Another thing... When I take it for a ride around the block it loosens up then the next day it gets hard again. [:@]

-bearings?
-brake lines/fluid expanding after a short ride (loosening up) then contracting overnight (tightening)? (also known as brake fade)
-clutch dragging? replace oil and adjust lever
-maybe rusty/kinked/worn out chain? buy motul "road" chain clean and lube and freshen it up

all I can think of right now, check those out and tell us what happens

It's been sitting for 5 years outside. I would be change all fluid, chain, tires, brake lines, rebuilding all calibers and changing the forks seals and dust covers.

Just funny that way.
