F2 to f4i gauge swap help !!!
hello there friends in mew to this place though i have been reading alot from here. i decided to do a gauge conversion on my f2 600 .
everything works ,except the speedometer , i placed the sprocket cover with sensor and also i have a speedo healer v4 already but im not sure how to wire it to the sensor and to the guges . i tried wiring it but it does not register anything on the meter eaven after setting the speedo healer's calculations .
can anyone help me out here please ? i looked around but found nothing relating to the speedo healer's wiring layout and how to wire it to the gauges and sensor harness
help !!!

Do you have the wire schmetic for the F4I gauges and for the new speed sensor?
If you followed the direction for the speed sensor installation then it should be a matter of wiring it up correctly.
I would first try to wire it without the speed healer. Once you have it working then go back and install the speed healer.
What is the name of the speed sensor kit you have so I can try to find a schemetic for it.
Exactly what is not working, the speed indicator or the entire gauge?

hi friend thank you for your reply.
the speed sensor is from a 95-98 900rr. it registers but only when is connected straight to the gauges it clocks about 1 -5 mph when im ridding a lot faster than that .
when i plug it to the speedohealer v4, it does not register at all . i do have the layout for both gauges old and new ,i check my wiring and it seems to be correct every thing else works fine . unless there is some cables from the speedo healer i did not plugging right . the 3 pin connectors on the speedo healer v4 have been removed i did that out of desperate mesure ( lol ! ) to try different wiring layout but nothing. so i went back to it's original place.
it does turn on when the bike is on and does save any calibration that i program in it, but never shows the speed on the tach when i test it.
could i not be punching in the right calibration ? everything on the bike is stock as far as i know so that's what i entered on the heal-tech website
calculator . -05.2% is what it gave me , other have reported 230 - 900 %
how did they wind up with that number
man im dying here !!!
