Default F2 brake cylinder master size

What's the F2 brake cylinder master size?

I am considering if I should rebuild the 98 900RR master (15MM) master I have or if I should just get the 929 (19MM) master.

The OEM F2 master cylinder has a 13mm piston, so if you're running stock F2 calipers, then a jump to any of the 16mm piston masters from '96 to '99 (919 motor), will be enough of an improvement - I doubt you would really see any benefit from a 19mm piston, with the F2 stock calipers.

Also, for what it's worth, I'm not 100% certain that the 929 master will work with the lever mounting anyway, though it just might.

I'm running a '99 919RR M/C on my F2 race bike, and it is virtually plug-and-play, just be certain to replace both banjo bolt crush washers (or, all three washers, if you're using a double banjo bolt with stainless steel lines), and of course, torque it to spec, or you might have some leakage... the banjo bolts, though, are fully compatible between the two.

Hope this helps!
