Has anyone ever drilled, opened, removed the packing from your stock can on the F2?

 

I don't really see the purpose.. my F2, with its stock exhaust is one of the loudest bikes in the group I ride with. The only louder bikes are ones with Arrow or Akrapovic exhausts on em. Even the superblack bird with dual D&D pipes is quieter then my f2. Maybe its coz my can is already messed up, but I love the sound of my F2 stock.

I've got a VH ss2r on my 93 f2. Didn't like how long it was so I cut off about 6 inches. Made it a little louder but it sure looks alot better. Instead of the pipe exiting behind the tire it now dumps just past the caliper.
