DynoJet Install

I'm about to install my dynojets but what jets sizes do you reccomend with having a D&D exaust and a K&N air kilter as my only upgrades? If you have any other advice it would be greatly appriciated also, thanks.

I would check to see what the D&D website says first than see what the jetting people say. I know some of the Yosh pipes specifically tell you that with their pipe the bike does not need to be re-jetted.

RE: DynoJet Install

I have a '92 F2. It had a full Two Bros exhaust and a K&N already installed when I purchased it. Later I had it put on a Dyno and tuned. Basically the results were pretty much what Dynojet recommended for a bike with a 'hi flow' pipe on it. I gathered that Dynojet puts a lot of r&d time into their recommended 'starting point' settings. From what I remember they listed settings for like stock exhaust and aftermarket pipe. I would start with that and see how it runs. Isolate seat of the pants feel to if it's a low end, midrange or top end problem and adjust accordingly.

I can dig up my needle position and main jet info I you need it.

Good luck!

RE: DynoJet Install

got a slip on and kn my bike likes 138 main jets from a stage 1.
i suggest u go to factory pro's web site and print their pink sheet (carb tuning guidelines) made selecting jets needle positions and tuning waayyy easier.[sm=vader.gif]
