Dampening screw stuck???

i wanted to adjust my suspension but all i could turn was the preload...the dampening screw (the on the top) is fricken stuck.

anyone have recommendations to get it unstuck?

is the dampening screw supposed to be able to turn easily with a flat head screw driver?

Hmm....I only have one adjustment on my 91 F2
And that is the preload with the flat head screw driver.

It just compresses the spring inside the fork a little.
It is quite easy to turn....only the spring and an o-ring hold it tight.

Soak it in WD-40 and let it sit for a while, don't strip the slots or you'll be sorry!
