shouldve told the police officer about the chasing part and told him what if i had been knocked unconscious or something like that
you couldve tried something along the lines of neglecting to help an injured person or something like that

i used to ride like that until the unpredictable always happen to me so now im just riding safe

the law is bull**** but cant help it

 

You guys are missing the fact that he has an eye witness. It would be his word and a witnesses word against the stupid driver. Whatever they want to try, if the witness sees that the driver was by all means wrong he has a good chance to win this stupid fued. I hate dumbass drivers. I wish I had a bb gun for every one of them that pulled out in front of me.

and i have no idea about how to fight it because i dont know the guys info i didnt bother to right anything down cause that cop scared me away.

i am going to the hearing on the ticket though, im almost 100% sure the cop wont show up. i aint paying that crap AND paying to fix my bike.
