Hi fellow CBR riders

I have an issue with my CBR600 F2, that i hope you can help solve.

5/6 times it runs perfectly, smoothly and without any issues.

Then 1/6 times, it starts… But does not starts with full choke, but does not add RPMs… Then after running for 2 minutes the engine stops, and will not start again…

I have replaced the vacuum hose, cleaned the tank and the flow of gas is normally not an issue when riding.

Anyone else have had this issue and anyone know how to fix it?

Where are you from, how long have you been on two wheels, what bikes do you have etc.
We also love pictures.
As it happens not something I can help with, one of the guys with knowledge of the carbed CBR's will be along with some suggestion shortly.

Just a little about myself,



I am from Denmark and have been riding for 4 year. I have had a Suzuki GS500 for quite a while until I finally upgraded my driver’s license and pick up a CBR 600 F2 for myself at the late part of the season last year.

I am super happy with my CBR, really an upgrade from my old 2 cylinder 500. And just super joyful to ride. But the problems with the startup im having takes kind of the top of the joy of having such a nice bike
