Default CBR600 1993 F2 Carb question

Hi I'm building a F2 track bike and I'vecleaned the carbs only to find thatwhere the needle goes into the emulsion tube the brass washer and the half washer thatit sitsover have become seperated. Normally they look like this: -

But two of mine look, like this: -

Can this be fixed?

What does it affect on the bike?

Thanks for any advice

those arent stock those are part of your jet kit. when u install them all u do is pull the needle and glue them on so i suggest that other wise itll run like shiz.

Any idea what sort of glue I would need as superglue doesn't like to be constantly wet and I assume it would be in the carb.

When you buy a dynojet kit, they supply you with some cheap superglue. Just go find something strong enough and it'll be good. Make sure the cutaway is facing down to the motor.
