Does anyone know if a setof cbr 600 rr wheels and tires will fit on a f2? im not sure if they will fit in the swingarm or will clear everything.

 

I think the rr has a bigger rear wheel.. I could be wrong tho..

 

yeah its wider but i just dont know if they will fit in the swingarm and clean the brake calipers and such. I know the rim of the wheel is wider but i dont know about where it bolts on the swing arm

 

you could probably make the front wheel work....the axle size is the same....might need to make adapter brackets for the brake calipers as I think the rotors are larger. Also, no speedo drive.

I bought a rearF3 wheeloff eBay that turned outto bea 900rr wheel...the seller let me keep it so I thought I'd look into fitting it. NOPE....without major rework to the cush drive, spacers and brake mount, there is no way thats going to fit....well, it would fit, but it would not be in line with the front wheel after you got the sprockets in line. The 900RR and newer 5.5" wheels on the 600's share some interchangability...so I suspect the F4/i wheel would be the same issue.

 

Sorry to go of on a tangent, but, what front wheels fit an F2 ?

 

It will not work. Wider rims. Front rim wont work either for a variety of reasons (brakes, speedo drive, etc)

F2 rims fit the F2 and thats its.
