CBR F2 1994 Radiator

Does anyone know if it is easy to change the radiator to something smaller maybe chrome rad from a different bike? Are there any specs to radiators if so, that I would need to look out for to make sure it is compatible?

Any links or make of motorcycle the F2 could use, would be appreciated.

If its too much smaller it might not keep the temp in check. Most people want bigger radiators if they wanted to change it in the first place. I'm not sure what your plans are but check out radiators on ebay and compare......mounting points, inlet and outlet locations, etc. Nothing would be a direct bolt on. Its definitely going to require some custom fabrication on your part.

Thanks for the heads up about the "size matters" logistics. The reason i was looking at smaller rad is due to going custom naked F2 it looks a bit big looking at it from the front.

As you can tell the front looks a little wierd with such a wide rad!

This is my F2 now. Still a lot more i need to do to it, looking at f4i rear tail and vfr 750 single swing arm conversions.

I also had a radiator problem.
If you do not have a leak from the radiator, disassemble it and then use a kettle cleaner, but with material that should not be heated.
I did it and the heat of the motorcycle became like new.
On eBay everyone is used and you do not know what you're buying.
