ok, i believe my timing is off
i think i have a short in my wire harness, i blow the fuse in the starter ignition so i have to un hook the ignition control unit so it doesn't blow. to my surprise it still ran but it has gone down to now the oint it wont run. it started with the bogging, it has spark cus its back firing, the carbs are clean as a whistle, the spark plugs are wet, the stator is fine, but when it has carb cleaner in it it will run for about 2-5 seconds. and the ignition control unit is still not connected, HELP ME!!! 1993 honda CBR 600

 

The timing wont be off unless you messed with the cams.

 

i do have performance cam and tensioner. but that was done thousands of miles ago. so is it the wiring harness problem?

 

if your plugs are wet u sure they arent fowled? i fowled mine(they were wet... with gas...not oil... coolant, brake fluid... or oil again..just gas.) and it still backfired a little after constant cranking. and the fuse constantly blowing i dont know.. but it happened on mine so i took speaker wire and wrapped it around the prongs and never had any problems sense haha... but u gotta understand i was freakin stranded about 120 miles away from home..

 

its not running at all, sorry to hear that happened maybe i should check how much spark i have.
