Hi guys, I have a problem with my 93 CBR F2, so please help me.

When the bike starts, smells gasoline on the exhaust pipe and when i take a ride it feels a little weighed and i have problem when i try to pass over the 6000 rpm's to shift the next gear, happened to someone?

Maybe is a carb problem?, can somebody help me to find a how to thread, or maybe someone can explain me how can i make a good carb.
spark plugs are new,
sparkplug cables maybe?

The motorcycle was in full service 1 month ago and my mechanic checked the carb pressures and equal level pressure with a vacuum meter

And another thing, my temp sensor and fan switch are bad, i turn on the radiator fan manually, if the temp sensor are bad, maybe the bike sense is cold and send more gasoline? or this case its just on fuel injection bikes.
