Carb compatabilities
 

Putting an F3 motor in my F2... i know i don't need to us.e the F3 carbs, just the carb boots... however
if i want to us.e the F3 carbs and F2 airbox will that go together ok ?

And i wont need a fuel pump with that setup correct ?

If you want to install the F2 carbs then you need the rubbers between the carbs and the cylinder head from an F2 as well. The F2 carbs are að bit smaller so the F3 rubbers are to big. I'm not sure if the compl airbox from an F2 fits the F3 carbs but I do know that you cannot for example us.e an F2 lower part with an F3 upper part.

You are correct regarding the fuel pump, if you do not have the ram air system then there is no need for a pump.

Im not sure what how the f3 ram air system is setup, but is it possible to use the f3 air box without ram air ?
