Carefully pry them out with a tire iron, crowbar, piece of board etc, if the rubber boots have hardened they can be mighty stuck. Just be careful not to bend anything so look carefully where to put the lever.

Weird thing is is that i got them off before easily and noe they will not budge...i put wd40 on the metal piece they slide onto do that they get back on easier and now its just not getting off at all. And itd difficult to to pry them with something. Nothing really to put leverage on but thanks i will keep trying

Just to be sure I checked from the manufacturer's site and they claim wd-40 should not have effect on rubber but I have had some similar experiences where wd has "glued" rubber and metal together over time.
