can my shock be recharged

mine is obviousley worn out, with the right tools can this be done at home or at the shop? or do i just need to buy a new one.? thanks

yeah i wave the stock 91 shock from my bike that has about 13k on it.. it is in great shape.. I also have a 97-98 f3 shock in the same shape.it will lower the back though.

i dont really know why mines worn out it only has 8k on it... it has like one inch of play thou and needs my help to pull it back up then it will stay
