Cam Chain question

I know cam belts usually last around 100k and then need to be changed. Cam chains last longer, but they don't last forever. I've seen them break in cars. How long does a cam chain in a cbr last?

Specs recommend 11K to 15K miles to inspect. Much higher rpms in our motors than in cars. Or 20K or 30K kms. Chain wear really will depend on riding vs racing or state of cam chain tensioner. I replaced chain and tensioner at 20K miles along with an APE manual tensioner.
