Bike runnin hot?

Fill up the cooling system with DISTILLED water it stops the corrosion and water jacket from furring up, and will run cooler, as for removing the Thermostat, don't do it unless your gonna run it on a race track, it will cause premature engine wear.
Also make sure the coolant is topped up to the max, it's difficult to check because the radiator cap is behind the topfairing, beneath fuse box, then bleed all the air out, bleed nipples on stat and water pump

on the trak it will run very hot without a stat in because of the high reving and quick gear changing, on the road it won't warm up as quick coz your not caning it as much , most engine wear is caused until it reaches optimum temp' thats why the stat is there to warm the engie up quick[8D][8D][8D]
