bad battery/rectifier/stator?

i just replaced my rectifier because it was charging like 18 volts to the battery now im at like 12.5 -12.8 volts at the battery but i can charge my battery go ride and the battery will be dead please help

You need to check the stator. even if the battery is bad you would still get a reading from the terminals on the battery because it is being put out from the r/r.
