Default another integrated light post....

alright just put one on my bike yesterday. at first it blinked at a decent pace (turn signals) later in the day it seem to have sped up with a clicking noise coming from somewhere round my upper. today it blinks so fast u cant tell its blinking with fast clicky noises. my tail light works fine the turn wires are not shorting at the light so wtf? i dont know if the clicky is normal as i have never had turn signals on it till i put the integrated on.

Did you get compensators for the blink rate with your kit or are the wires from the light and bikeconnected straight together? My kit came with compensators. I had to use them or the flash rate was rapid.

Well, I dont know if I covered in my thread which you should look at. Did you add the resistors that came with the light? THey should have been long rectangular resistors and that is to help with the blinking. What you are hearing is your flasher relay which has always made that noise. You can by a LED flasher relay and that will eliminate the need for the resistors. Take a look at my thread and I believe I posted the website I bought my Flasher from.

Brian

Edit: Here is where I got my flasher from, I check my thread and I didnt post the info.

$20 and it is a direct plug in.
