The aftermath...

RE: The aftermath...
Hard to see them, but the most visible one in pic #2 doesn't look good. Looks like there was no penetration, in which case it's practically glued on.
Just inspect them every other day, they wont all break at once if you're riding by yourself.
But I wouldn't carry a passenger, there's a lot more leverage against the welds with a passenger that far back on the seat.
It's a shame, but if it were me I would re-weld them.

Well, the reason why they're buldged up is I did penetrate the metal like you said. But what I did was weld over the welds to cover more surface area. Although it might be useless, logically its all I could think of since that part on the bottom of the subframe is what carries most of the weight.

RE: The aftermath...
The reason why I think I know I was penetrating is because I was practicing on one part, and I burned a whole through it. (not the frame). So that's why I "think" I penetrated enough. It seems to hold on so far... Before I painted the bike, I laid it on the floor on its *** (so the leverage will be reversed) and jumped on top of it several times... Nothing happened nothing moved.
Lets just hope it'll hold on for a while.
