Default Adding "fog" lights?????

Ok.. as we all know the old F2 are not the best at lighting the road when riding at night. So with that said I was in Advanced Auto Parts getting some fuel additve for my ride tomorrow and I looked at some bright white "fog" lights. Does anyone have some additional lights on thier F2? Does our F2's put out enough amps to push those 12V lights? the set that I am lookng at are 12V and will be easy to mount below the headlight. I just want to make sure that the electrical system will manage?

Upgrade to HID with a kit from ebay (research the seller and their feedback and FROM USA) after you have figured out what bulb you need. The kits are straight forward and install easily. They are 3x better than halogen at intensities like 4000-5000-6000k. If you go higher, you start loosing light output. Kits with slim ballasts (which you'll have to find a place for but are better for a moto's confined space) go for approx 50-100 shipped. Do HID. I've had it on my cars and it is awesome. I will get it for my bike when I can afford it.

Go HIDs. You could go with the silverstars, cause i believe it is an H4 bulb but there 20 a pop and it would be eaiser to just go up to HID

There is a PIAA bulb available in H4, PIAA quality is far superior to Silverstar.

Your bike? I don't follow you there. I will research the HID thing an see what I come up with.

Edit: Well I looked on ebay, did not find much.. so I went to 58cycle.com and they have a bulb http://store.58cycle.com/product_p/b...0h4%20bulb.htm

I think that will work jsut fine.. I am going to check and see if an auto part store carries it, looks kinda common.
