Is the bike turning over quickly, or does the starter sound like it is struggling? Sounds like the bike plugged up on the way home due to crud in the tank. When it died on the freeway did you push it home or did you wait and restart it?
Like squale's post, the r/r could be overheating and killing your spark or not charging the battery properly which affects spark too.
A little more info would help.

Its a struggle with the start button..lights flickr battery dies then I begin to bump it I don't know what to do guys
I pused it a mile brought it down a on ramp lol an put it in the woods for a hour came back for it an still wouldn't start till I found a small hill gut she had major prpblems that whole nite..an now everything I turn the choke off she shuts down or choke off an 1st gear
I put new plugs in yesterday Im going to see how that effects it an if it doesn't ill buy a new batt an rec but what type of reg rec do I get it its my first bike I'm lost

Clearly you've got electrical issues, but what those are, you'll only know when you start testing things.
Firstly, do a simple inspection of the plug for the R/R - it is a common issue for the OEM R/Rs to overheat and fail, and one evidence of this is burnt wiring at that plug, often accompanied by the plug's plastic even being somewhat melted.
There's further tests you can do, to check the status of the R/R and the stator - you'll find these in the manual.
Secondly, it seems that your battery has issues holding a charge, and though it might be that a bad R/R has fried your battery with over-voltage, or that your stator is not supplying a sufficient charge, it might also simply be a bad battery - the best way to check the battery is to have it load-tested, there are many auto parts stores who will do this for free.
