Exclamation 1/5 or 1/6 Throttle Mod.. What parts should I buy & How difficult is the install?

I would like to shorten my throttle by installing a 1/5 OR 1/6 throttle kit.

There are a bunch of kits available.. so I was wondering what you guys thought was the easiest to install and/or best built??

Are there any guides that are specific to the CBR600F2/F3?

Thanks.

Don't know about the kits, but the stock f2/f3 throttle cables are too short to use a 1/5 or 1/6 turn throttle. I used a R6 throttle tube (don't know if it's 1/5 or 1/6 turn) and I had to file down the cable perch on the carbs to make it work. It was a PITA with a lot of test fitting. Totally worth it though!

I put R6 throttle tube from Dennis Kirk on my 94 F2. Where the cables go into the tube I had to dremel the tube thingys shorter. They are longer on the r6 tube that i used comepared to the stock f2 tube. I kept dremeling til they matched. Great track mod. I can go from no throttle to wide open without readjusting my hand. No modification at the carbs except adjust for more slack.
