valve clearances
 
hi all . how had is it to adjust the valve clearances because i replaced the cct and now i can here tapping coming from the head any help would be great thanks

the process is very simple itself, if you have the right tools that is, feeler gauges. the hard part is getting in the top of the engine. while the engine is in the frame, you have low clearance to get your hands in there and work with the valves. i adjusted mine while the block was out of the frame, which made it WAY easier.

if you replaced the cct you shoulndt have any problem adjusting the valves. unless a shop did it and you have not been in your motor before.
