Default turn signal help please

i just picked up a 88 cbr600 hurricane and the turn signals arent working. they light up, but when i click left, the left one goes off, and if i click right, the right goes off, push in and they both come back on. theres no blinking coming from front or rear. I checked the fuses and they're all good, is there a relay that could be causing this? Also where is the best place to buy an oem cct?
thank you very much.

The hurricane used dual filament bulbs. One is for running lights the other is signals. Pull your bulbs and see if one filament is broken.

thank you for the response, i already checked them and theres no burnt elements. Like i said, all of the signals do this, so i figured it was a relay or something? Any other suggestions?
thanks again.

Turn on the key, don't start the bike and turn on a turn signal. You should hear a clicking on the right side of the bike, behind the right side plastic. When you take off the plastic( the long piece ) you will see 2 relays. The front is the starter relay and the one behind it is the turn signal relay. If the turn signal relay does not click with the turn signal switch on, then it is bad. I got a good used one at a motorcycle salvage yard. Good luck!

i turned the key on, crouched down by the side plastics, and pushed the turn signal switch to the left and a i heard ONE faint *click* and then to the right, same click, then pushed in and same thing. Not the usually. just one single noise, not click..click..click.., could the relay still be bad? hand signaling is getting old =P

Are they regular bulbs or low voltage ones (LEDs)?

Is your battery fully charged? If it is then your next step is to swap out the relay.
