you'll have to make your own airbox, with the carbs inside.
make your own short exhaust to keep the turbo high, to gravity drain the oil.
or just weld a flange on the end of the header and get a scavenge pump.
i've turbo'd a car, theres alot more involved, those are just the biggest things to work out. id go smaller on the turbo.

we are working with 11 -13000 RPM, so a t25 from a talon or something small like that would be fine .... it would spool nicely and hit really well for a bike, as trip said, you'll need to mount that turbo high, get all the pressures for the oil correct so you won't starve or flood the turbo with oil and pop it, and have a nice large oil return line for a gravity return, tuning would be my biggest concern...... oh and a 4-1 intake manifold is 100% needed.

Default oil return?

When you say gravity return are you talking about the oil cooling? throught he turbo. I found a t15 or 20 i forget what size out of a volvo that is water cooled? and everything rotates 180 degrees on the turbo. i dont know anything about turbo's. Im trying to get everything straight.

You won't even need to use the water cooling portion of the turbo,
and gravity return is exactly as it states, gravity will help with the returning of the oil from the turbo to the pan, just make sure you clock the turbo so the return line faces straight down.

gravity will not help the oil return to the pan if ur turbo is mounted below or same height as ur crankshaft runs in the block u would need a oil pump to drain ur turbo otherwise it will ruin ur turbo seals and will spit oil.

Sorry but the simple truth is you will get more HP and reliability by just getting a 1000RR and the cost will be roughly the same.
