My bike was pulled out of a scrap yard, no title.
I bought it for 400$ with a bill of sale.
Ive rebuilt everything except the Engine and frame, and can print all of my Ebay history out.
I have pictures of my build, step by step.

what is the DMV going to ask me? What all is needed to get a salvage title?

Just work with a title company. You have to pay them extra but makes it easier for you. I sold my F3 after rebuilding it with no title. Guy who bought it took my advice and was in the process of getting his paperwork straightened out but totaled the bike being a dumba--.

 

I can get you a clean titled 600F frame for $150 and shipping. have a friend in the salvage business, I'll ask him if he still has it monday.

 

Depends on your state. Some states have overt strict rules about salvage titles and rebuilt titles. Most states will require an inspection by a state authorized inspector to determine road worthiness.
