Maybe he doesn't want to see his ex in someone else's arms...

If he doesn't contact you, respect that and stop reaching out to him.

I really hope so! As I have acquired this machine with no title. The previous owner misplaced it and only provided a bill of sale. I could not resist! I am really hoping Drakito will work with me on getting a duplicate as I am just a state over in Nevada really sweating getting this baby legal and back on the street here!! *fingers crossed* thank you everybody.

I haven't logged on in a while, but I got a notification this morning. When his PM box is up and running I will gladly chat with him.

Hello! I've been oggling this thread for like a week now and haven't been able to PM @drakito directly, so I guess I'll try here. I recently got a 1988 600F, and I'd like to do a second engine build for the bike, similar to what you have done, only difference being a 1990 engine as a basis, and I may use 67mm pistons as well. My question is this, how did you find your clearance to allow safe shaving of the head? If I run 13:1 67mm pistons, will a shaved head be a detriment to streetability? I'd like to be able to use 91 octane for the street and higher for the track. Any information is appreciated!
