Default Rear wheel nut size

Hello,I need to tighten my chain and was wondering what size tools I need.

I can't remember, and I sold mine a while back so I can't check it out for you.
Have you downloaded the FSM in the sticky above? I believe it lists the size.

The axle nut should be 24mm and the adjuster 14mm. If you don't have one, I'd head down to Sears and buy an inexpensive Craftsman tool set with a range of metric sockets and box wrenches. You'll have to buy the 24mm socket separately, plus an torque wrench. If you are going to do the tinkering and maintenance on your bike it will be worth every penny to have a decent tool set and they don't cost that much.
