I will take a look at your manual. Last night I was double checking the wiring to the coil packs and wires to the cylinders. They all appear to be in the correct positions. My friend gave me this bike because he is moving, and he told me he checked spark on all plugs and they all had spark. He also had the carbs rebuilt by a local motorcycle shop about 6 months ago, so I am assuming they are good at this point. If all of the electrical turns out to be ok, I may have to remove the carbs and check the rubber boots, and potentially return the carbs to the shop where they were rebuilt for further inspection. Thanks again for all of the insight and info. I work on diesel trucks for a living, so this is different for sure. I have little experience with carburated engines.

Anyone know where I can find the Fuel Cut Relay? I noticed that I cannot hear the fuel pump running while cranking the engine over. But I can power up and hear the pump running with my power probe. I have tried cranking while powering the pump with no luck yet, but I would like to test this fuel cut relay.

If they rebuilt them 6 months ago, and ethanol fuel was left in the carbs for 6 months, you have to clean them again. Ethanol based fuels are highly corrosive and destroy carbs and the rubber parts inside. If it was pump gas, 99% of the time its e10 to e15 ethanol level. You have to search out ethanol free.

All the relays should be with the fuse box. Factory location is below the left hand side controls under a plastic cover, but you said you found it shoved in between the valve cover and the radiator. Your cane must be streetfightered out, which unless you half block the frame air inlets makes the bike run horrible at speed. The relays should be near that fuse box.
