Just wanted to say what's up. I just picked up an 89 cbr600 i'm going to make into a streetfighter. It's already got a full D&D exhaust on it, and I changed out the master cylinder for the front brakes to one from a '02 919.

I'm going to repaint it and re-do the gauges, and so far i haven't made up my mind on my colors:
everything gloss black
everything flat black
army flat green with black wheels
Black with gold wheels and calipers.

Nice bike man...go with the all black with gold wheels and calipers, would look sick

 

Any of those colors would be hot...and I'm the guy that prefers all things stock

well here is what I plan on doing for the new headlight. Ignore the big round headlight which is already mounted to the bike.





and before you ask, yes, that is a vintage WWII **** gas mask that my great uncle pulled off of a dead guy while he was over there.

headlights will be two high intensity fog lights replacing the lenses for the eyes, and turn signals will be installed where ears would be

 

give it hell brother, seems like a cool idea. certainly original, as far as I know at least
