need help identifying leaking fuel line(pic inside)
check out the picture. the red arrow is pointing at the hose where fuel is leaking. the carbs are clean and that was done properly and thoroughly. what im trying to find out is what would cause fuel to leak here and where this hose leads to?

Welll, presuming you got the orientation correct, did you hook the fuel line up right is my next question.
Looking from where you'd sit as a rider, on the BOTTOM of the carbs, inbetween carb 2 and 3 (aka, dead center) there is a t-shaped joint, which you'll notice goes to all 4 carbs. That's your fuel rail, and that T-joint is where you hook up the pump which proceeds onwards to filter and tank.
Provided that's correct, and you're still getting fuel dumping out excessively, I'd presume you accidentally put one of your float bowls back together incorrectly and it's flooding... however that should flood into the engine long before the hose you have indicated, which makes me want to beleive you just hooked the thing up wrong.
Take a picture from further back, and post the full high quality picture. I can zoom in as nescessary to see excatly what's going on.

its dark now so first thing in the morning i'll take a better picture. this same problem has happened to me a couple of times. each time i assumed it was dirty jets so i cleaned the carbs. the funny thing is every time i pull the jets and clean them the problem goes away for a couple of days. it makes me feel as if the float has a small crack so when it sits it fills up with fuel but when i dry out the bowls to clean the jets maybe it dries up too and continues to work again until it gets flooded. at least thats how it seems.

going to the shop at 9am so i was pulling the carbs out at 6:30am. pulled them and removed both the floats on the drivers left. cleaned everything very well and put it back together. ran the bike for 20 min so far so good. i'll check back after the shop. ohh and i'll the the make and model of the tires. so far from what i can remember they are michelin 110/70/17 front and 150/70/17 rear.

the tires are michelin pilots. and they are radials. http://www.michelinmotorcycle.com/in...ent=pilotroad2
they are the same from the link. they are amazing tires!!! tested them out, turning was perfect even grabbed the throttle through the turn with no slipping. was very hard to lock the tires in a hard stop. btw i had the battle axe bt's on before. definitely recommend these michelin pilots.
