Subscribed to the thread 87, I just love a good rebuild!

Looks great so far, and top advice from drakito and TahoeRider.

Default my rebuild

hi all its been a while now got my frame and swingarm back from powdercoaters today now i can start the rebuild

steering stem and forks back on new parts were bushing in forks,top seals,and i changed head ball bearings for taperd roller bearings

checked all wires in the loom found a burnt one to rear brake switch guess thats why bb light no work

replaced burnt wire all is good now

The powder coated frame looks nice! Kind of makes me wish I would have done the same when I had mine stripped down to weld the crack. I went with the tapered roller steering head bearings also when I rebuilt mine and it actually did make a noticeable difference.

Nice work so far, and looking forward to seeing the progress & more pictures!
