Here is a list of parts that I am about to order for my 1990 CBR600F with 25,000 miles.
-Factory Pro Ignition Advancer 6 degrees
-14 tooth front sprocket, (one smaller then stock)
-a new set of Kevlar clutch disks and stiffer springs
My bike already has a K&N, SS2-R slip on and a Dynojet kit already installed. What is everybody's feedback on the advancer and the smaller front sprocket? After a few division problems, I found that a one size smaller front sprocket will producea largerfinal drive ratiothan would a 46 tooth rear sprocket. I think these two mods would compliment my already existing mods? I figure if I already have the clutch cover torn off to install the advancer, why now install a fresh clutch?

Or, do you have to remove the left cover for some reason when you do a clutch? I haven't ever done a clutch.
