Default More idling issues

When I start my bike cold, if I turn on the choke, it will start right up, but it will surge constantly. If I move the bike in any way, it will die, and will not start with the choke or without choke without giving throttle and will not stay running without throttle till it gets warm after driving it. If I do not touch it, and let it get warm, it will still surge, and as soon as I sit on it and lift the bike up to go it will die, and will not start without throttle. If I let it idle for a while with choke, then go turn off the choke, it will actually idle at a higher rev. The bike runs perfectly after riding it for a mile or two, wether I let it warm up or not. The carbs were just cleaned, and were just synced. Any suggestions? Sorry about the bad grammer, I am extremely tired. Thank you for any input.

who sync'd the carbs, what tool did they use?
sounds to me like a sync problem, what rpm does your bike idle at once its warm?

I had them synced at Team Motorsports, a dealership up here. After it's warmed up, it will idle around 1200rpm, and doesn't have any running issues at all.
