Main stand to close from tire, is normal?

Answer to the original question if anyone else is wondering:
The main stand is supposed to be centered in relation to rear tire. I checked it on my bike few days ago. I measured 13mm gap on the left side and 15mm on the right side - this is with 140/80 tire. So, very close the same gap on both sides.

Thank you Wesku79 for your reply, so was confirmed my main stand was something wrong. unfortunately can't fixed anymore!
No witnesses on the crash, people today don't care with others. Some drivers stopped and other persons stay on local with me until ambulance arrived, Police report say "no witnesses".
Still waiting for insurance decision.
