Low battery voltage
I got time to take the rectifier off.
Multimeter red to the positive terminal on R/R, each of the other 3 wires showed nothing on the reading.
multimeter red to the negative on the R/R, each of the other 3 wires showed between 570 and 580.
this means the R/R is ok and it’s the stator?

I never touch electrics so I’m not sure if I’m going wrong somewhere. I can’t find a green ground wire. My multimeter says 1 on 2k ohms. I touch one of the three connections and put another wire on the frame and nothing happens. It stays at 1.

Based on these valid checks of the stator, and that you're not getting proper charging voltage at the battery, I believe the R/R is the culprit.
I followed a YouTube video. The RR has to connectors. One of them connects to the stator and one to the battery. I put one multimeter wire to red/green on the battery connector and checked each yellow wire.
I got no reading when the YouTube video said I shouldn’t and I got a reading where it said I should.
I just don’t want to shell out for something I don’t need. If I must, I must. But I think I checked it correctly.

I think there was a misunderstanding on what check to make.
This shows that there is the proper continuity through each of the 3 stator coils.
This one shows that none of the stator coils is shorted to ground.
Based on these valid checks of the stator, and that you're not getting proper charging voltage at the battery, I believe the R/R is the culprit.

perhaps that’s the rating for his R/R? I think mine may be aftermarket tbh. Perhaps the reading is higher due to that? My reading was done about 5 times. I wanted to be absolutely sure
The point I'm making is can you verify the location of the "decimal point" in your reading? His reading is below 1 vdc. The number you wrote is 570. You did not write .570 or 0.570 and there is a difference. If you're not used to working with a meter, it's a small detail that might be easy to overlook. I'm not trying to give you a hard time, so don't get me wrong. The devil is in the details... lol.

So, the 6P connector that has 2 red and 2 green wires in it. Check from one of the green wires on the motorcycle side of the connector, not the R/R, to each of the Yellow wires going to the Stator with your meter on 2K ohms. You should get no reading.

the battery is connected. I’ll check the stator when I get home in the way you’ve just described. I’m not sure if my R/R needs to be within those parameters. I’ll have to research. Unless you know and are certain?
