Default looking for a rear chainguard/tire hugger

Hey guys, I've been looking for a chain guard for my 1990 600 for a while now and can't seem to come across one. From the pictures I've looked at, and my friends f2, it looks like the chain guard is part of the rear tire hugger, is that right?

Does anyone have one sitting around that they don't need, or know of a place I could get one from? I've looked around town and online but the age of the part seems to be making it difficult.

Thanks!!

how much did it cost you? I'm going to be selling the bike in a year when I move off the island so I don't want to put too much into it. Sadly, you need a chain guard to get safetied, so I have to throw something on there to ride it.

I only paid $800 for the bike so it seems like a lot just to get it legal Any idea if there are aftermarket chain guards for F1's?

My original hugger developed a hole after I rode through an area where they were doing tar patches. The tar built up on the inside and rubbed the tire. I was running a pirelli tire which had a different profile than stock. I cut the chainguard portion off and used it.

I'd be down with using just a chainguard portion even, but that still requires getting my hands on a hugger >.< I guess I'll call the dealership and ask how much they want for one
