I'm restoring a 1987 CBR 600, PC 19, imported to Norway in 1998.
The VIN number is JH2PC1901HM001149. I presume this is a US model?
The bike has some LEDs and two small switches fitted, see attached pic.
Anyone who knows the function of these LEDs and switches?

 

Those are not OEM switches, so no way to tell. You'll have to trace wiring and draw diagram of how they're connected.

One may be manual fan-switch to activate fans before radiator thermoswitch does.

Second might be ignition kill-switch? A basic anti-theft system?

Are there any missile tubes attached to bike?

 

I'm reasonably certain they are to engage the quantum drive. It was a rarely purchased, yet highly sought-after option.

Seriously, there's no way of knowing without either pinning them out as @dannoxyz said or having the bike running and flipping the switch(es). It would be neat to know if they have any effect while the key is in the run position or if the bike actually has to be running for them to do anything.
