I just got back from a 2-week fishing in Key West. (ya' know about positive cash-flow)
I'm glad to be back and ride some (and catch up on the forum).

My J-B Weld job on my mirror broke (while I was cleaning the mirror, no less...). I'm looking for a replacement. (WHITE left side mirror for 1990 CBR 600F...)

Here's a few pixs after I cleaned her up some.

My next project is installinga rear brake rotor and pads, and back tire on. The old tire in kinda "dry rotting" (cracking)

i don't remember this post too well but was the part that broke metal? if so, have you tried to see if any welder can weld it together for you?

 

I wish I would have known you were in KWF, my parents own a charter business in KWF....

This time of year they are running 2 day trips for Yellow Tail Snapper.

2 days of fishing near the Tortugas and1 nighton boat at Fort Jefferson.

Oh man, white sand beach, crystal clear blue waters at Fort Jefferson, a snorklers dream.

The sky is so black at night at Fort Jefferson you can almost reach the stars.

My S/O and I head down each February and stay the month, fishing, eating conch fritters and taking in the show on Mallory Square.

I close my eyes and I can see the sunset in my mind, I can't wait for February!

It can't be welded it's "potmetal".
I tried to J-P Weld it and it held for a while but I knocked it off again cleaning the mirror.

I working on fabricating a piece, but it may not "give" (on impact) like the original one did.

There is a mirror for sale on ebay at the moment £14.95 buy it now. it is blue. you could respray it.

this guy has several bikes he has a red 1 might email him about a white 1. i just put crr 1000 mirrors on my 600 but i needed the pair got them for 50 bucks the ebay way
