After looking at newer performance specs on other motorcycles. I'm surprised at how much HP and faster a hurricane is than other newer models. I'm not talking about newer CBR's but many other bikes such as cruisers and semi sport bikes well actually some sport bikes as well for example, the new 2017 Kawasaki z650F has like 64 HP the Hurricane has 93HP, 89-91 model & 87-88 has like 85HP. I also looked at 0-60 and saw 3.5 and 1/4 mile 11.4 or 11.6 for the hurricane while the z650 is similar or slower. Now is this right or am I missing here?

 

Some bikes are made for one thing, some for another, and it's not always about a 14K redline and/or 100 horsepower.
