Cylinders are 1-4, left to right (looking from back to front)

Is the bike in neutral? Try pulling the clutch. Not sure if it needs to be pulled on the f1's, I've got a bridged clutch switch

There is a clutch switch although mine doesn't seem to be functional. I don't think they would have put the switch on the bikes if it didn't do anything.

Get a wiring diagram of the starting system from the manual in the sticky section of this forum. Starting tracing the path to the starter solenoid.

Does the neutral light work? Mine has to be in neutral to start.
