Default Hurricane 600 Fuel Line

Hey guys, I have had many issues with this bike so far, but now that i finally got most of it back together and going good, my fuel line gets a cut in it and i am having no luck looking for it.... I need the fuel line that goes from the filter into the pump, the one that curls around. If any of you have a decent shape on that you could let go for about 20 bucks with shipping please let me know. I am located in 85225 to give you an idea for shipping... shouldnt be much with that hose being so light. Please either respond or PM me if you have one. Thanks

Try trippmann

I dealt with him and everything went smoothly!

Where is it cut at? If its cut in one of the fairly straight sections you could get one of those metal fuel line splices from an auto parts stores and cut the bad part out and use it and some clamps to fix it.

Bike bandit lists it as unavailable to ship so its probably discontinued. You could get a piece of metal fuel line and use a tubing bender to make a curved splice. It wouldn't be pretty but it would work.

yeah ive looked on almost every parts website possible and no luck all discontinued.... I even checked out Bob's motorcycle salvage yard in phoenix to no avail.... Usually pretty well stocked on parts for almost any bike... Anyways, i went ahead and just bought some 3/8" copper tubing and a tube bender and bent the tube to the correct shape to get it going for now. I still need that hose though if anyone else reads this and has one. That copper tub is only a temp fix....

I just used rubber fuel line from the auto parts store and a generic filter and replaced all the lines with regular (not curved lines) and it works great and cheap. They flex enough to get it where you need it.
